The Anchorage Built In 1910 As A Hiking Hostel and now a town landmark
sits one block above the main street and overlooks the hills, village
and ocean. Our covered wrap around porch is the perfect place to relax
or enjoy our open deck off the kitchen . Take a walk downtown. Our village
still has that old fashioned feeling and is about two blocks long. Enjoy
the aroma of fresh oysters being barbecued outdoors on the patios of our
local restaurants. Our three restaurants are well known for their excellence
as are our galleries and shops
