A deposit by personal check, traveler's check, or similar in the amount of the first nights stay, including tax, secures a reservation. Because we are a small independent Inn cancellations will significantly affect us. If we are notified of your cancellation plans 14 days or more in advance of your arrival we will be only to happy to refund your deposit, less a $25 administration fee. If we are notified within 13 days or less of arrival date you are responsable for any night not resold.

* Accommodates one to two guests with a queen bed

* No non-registered guests after 10:00 pm

* Afternoon or evening hours d' oeuvers

* Smoking is prohibited in the Inn

* Continental breakfast served on the deck, in the breakfast nook.

* Arrival time, between 3:30 to 6:30. Please phone if delayed. Check out time by 11:am

* Sorry, we can not accept any animals, as we have a house Kitty in residence.

* Room Rate--- $265.00 per night

* 10% county tax will be added to room rate

* Full payment is due at time of booking
